EVERYONE! Micro-needling is considered a safe treatment for all skin types.
The benefits of microneedling include stimulating collagen production, improving the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin concerns.
We recommend at least three sessions to induce the best collagen production. Should you have deep scarring, you may need 3-6 treatment sessions scheduled 4-6 weeks apart to fill in and restore your skin entirely.
Microneedling is not a pain-free procedure. However, the level of pain is usually manageable and tolerable. We use a topical numbing cream to help with the discomfort. After the procedure, the skin may be sore or tender. This is normal and will usually go away within a few hours
