Appointment Policy
To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our providers, for non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $100 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or if there is a no-show. For group appointments, there is a seventy two (72) hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $200 if canceled less than seventy two (72) hours in advance. If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
Pricing & Prepayments Policy
Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).
If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash.
Return Policy for Ola Aesthetics
At Ola Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional service and products to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. To ensure a smooth and fair process, we have established the following return policy:
1. Product Returns:
• Products purchased from our medical spa may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
2. Service Returns:
• We stand behind the quality of our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 72 hours of the appointment.
• Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or provide a refund or credit towards another service.
3. Special Considerations:
• In the event of an allergic reaction or adverse side effects to a product, please discontinue use immediately and consult with one of our medical professionals.
• We may require documentation, such as a doctor’s note, to process a return due to adverse reactions.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
• Gift cards, vouchers, or prepaid services are non-refundable.
• Services rendered, such as completed treatments, consultations, or assessments, are non-refundable.
5. Returns Process:
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item(s) or arranging a service resolution.
7. Refund Processing Time:
• Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) or completion of the service resolution.
8. Policy Changes:
• Ola Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in our spa.
